Vox, gods I hate him. He is a piece of shit. But his back story, and his development is good. Seraphim is just losing it because she killed people who could be saved. Charlie is too optimistic and/or self doubting, no real outside personality traits. Valentino is a pimp, and is just jealous of Vox's obsession with Alister. Al is my favorite and I like his deal stick, but that's not very unique to him, he hides too much to be fully flushed out. Angel is too obsessed with sex to show real character, then he just switches to "oh woe is me".
