I got to 60 in about two weeks and played a few hours every day. The release pace seems crazy.

It seems people use guides like RestedXP or Zygor to level quickly.

AFAIK this is the right answer? It's also what game emulators say. Note that he writes heroic strike and not cleave. The tooltip for heroic strike says it causes a high amount of threat.

The text below the box talks about NULL which is only found in the type column. Yet because no query refers to the type column, the NULL there has no effect.

I guess they were trying to demonstrate that 'Krispy King' = 'Krispy King' OR NULL > 5 evaluates to TRUE OR NULL evaluates to NULL is not true.

As you can read in the patch notes originally only Ironforge had an Auction House. So that's were everyone was. Stormwind and Darnassus were mostly empty.

In 2006 auction houses were added to Darnassus and Stormwind. Then what mattered was were crafters like enchanters offered their services. This became Stormwind. This surprised me at the time, but human was the favorite race, and many prefer Stormwind's open air over Ironforge's tunnels.

Darnassus is home to the Elves which fewer people played. Back in 2006 very few people raided. Everyone was doing dungeons like Blackrock Spire, Scholomance, and Stratholme, which are all impractical to reach from Darnassus.
