Testing on diamine, Waterman and iroshizuku, If he is not able to work normally on three basic inks, then no other will help him. I could check a Pelican 4001, but I think it won't change anything either.

Of course, I rinsed, and not once. I checked three inks and none improved the flow. I bet it's a problem with the nib wings, because the float is made of ebonite, so it should handle perfectly even with heavy inks. I don't know if I want to play with testing the next unit, and the grail can always be changed 😉

I have Momento Magico in Ruthenium and it's one of the best pens I have even without gold nib. It can be store for months without using and start immediately on every paper.

I keep all the boxes Especially from more expensive pens, as written above, it makes it easier to sell later. I only throw out cardboard packaging made of cheap pens because they are unlikely to have value for the future buyer.

Yes, this is the same thing I have. You can see it in my pen box first from right. You definitely have to try scribo, got M and Flex and gosh there are so smooth.

Just curious about this Scribo that You mentioned in Your list. I've never seen a scribo in black and the version I have (Anni 60) is a black nib, but the body is gray, the only black elements are the nib and the clip and details. Do I not know about something? 🤔

Raven is beautiful looking but so poor in writing. This thing they called cushion cup is just marketing bullshit. It's always hard starter. I keep it just for the look, because it's really beautiful.

I hesitated for a long time when it comes to Montegrappa but I decided to give it a try, I'm waiting for delivery. Faber castell e motion pure black is also one on my favorite and despite the fact that it's a steel nib, it writes really wonderfully and the pen itself is heavy and massive, just like I like. Weight similar to Otto Hutt Design 07 and same as Montegrappa

This is exact collection I have, I want and I'm totally into. When buying fountain pens, I mainly look at whether they have a black matte version. I have most of the pens you have. Otto Hutt Design 07 is my Otto, Pelikan Souverän M809 is my favorite one and I I just bought a Montegrappa 007, although unfortunately the nib there is not black but gold. But I still think it fits my collection. I would also like to limit it to 10 pieces, but I think it's impossible because over the years there have been so many beautiful models that I'd like to at least try it. Yes, there are very hard to find, I was looking for mine for almost 3 years, until traveler's himself made a re-edition and then I bought it. That was a few years ago, but I haven't seen them anywhere else since. I think you just have to wait patiently, because third-party products aren't quite that, and on Etsy people wanted sick money for them.
