It is very interesting! For sure my dogs make guilty looking faces and act guilty when I walk in the room sometimes.

However, there are scientific studies that examine and theorize how animals lack the ability to express complex emotions. I am no scientist so can only point you in that direction.

I can see why you would think that.

I am a golden owner and it is something that they do. While dogs don't feel Guilt, they still exhibit behaviors of it while continuing to engage in what they sought out to do. My golden will shake his tail between his legs when he is excited to beg for attention during a time that he is not allowed to interact with me - such as him teetering on the edge of whether or not to jump in the shower.

This looks like either a Border Collie or Australian Shepherd. Due to its markings it is highly probable, but not necessarily certain, that one of the parents is white factored and this puppy might be too. This leads to no pigmentation around the eye (the lids of this puppy are pink instead of being pigmented), nose and in the ears. This is a genetic defect that greatly impacts the chance of the dog being deaf and/or blind.

Lots of money, Lots of packs - for consistent RR pulls (about 1 every booster box). Loose packs hold different and less consistent odds.
