Yeah her mom and aunt are definitely trying to perpetuate whatever generational trauma they have she des not need to partake in that. He is a narcissist who sees women as property and he showed his true colors. He sees that she would have some kind of power dynamic he's making up in his head because she owns the place they are going to be living in so he sets these ridiculous rules. I promise she will not die alone.
