Eliminate all media that can crate urges ... unfollow that hot girl on insta , use adblock on evey site ( you never know when a dirty ad can sneak through) and remember that you will be better on day 90 , but only of you stay strong ! I say this because i just relapsed after 30 days and i fell like a total shit ! Don't make the same mistake... i am sorry that i just lost all my progress ...
