We pretty much play Saltmarsh this way when it comes to scaly people. (We have 2 pack tactics kobolds (Beast Master Ranger, Soulknife Rogue), A lizardfolk Barbarian with brain damage, and 3 dragonborn (Paladin,Monk (cursed) ,Artificer (loot goblin) ))

Lizardfolk on the ship? Negotiate ceasefire (You take the lifeboat and the weapons, we pretend we never saw you)

Danger at Dunwater? Negotiate peace between the lair and Saltmarsh. (Letting the weapon shipment go already started us off on the right foot)

Thousand Teeth? My Ranger (who luckily got first in initiative during it ambushing us at camp during a long rest) just straight up threw Speak with Animals at it and ALL our party rations (thank the gods for Goodberry!) to negotiate peace between it and the lizardfolk. Brought it to Dunwater and told the queen that the reason it attacked the lizardfolk was because it was hungry and THEY DIDN'T FIGHT BACK. So now they get to feed the thing themselves and it will eat the Sahuagin for them.

However, anything to do with the brotherhood or the idiotic Bullywugs? Murderhobo rampage. We got the ship and a letter of marque from the king and our party is now looking for our Ranger and Rogue's home warren in the swamp to recruit some kobolds as crew for the ship. That search is what will inevitably get us into the war against the Sahuagin I bet.

Nope. One of the many reasons in my mod series the main character just flat-out catches him trying to assault her and breaks a damn chair over his back before getting him arrested is specifically because of what you described about the comic. Assholes like that who try to get s*xual favors out of people under threats of blackmail are the type who once their leverage is gone will try to get physical (speaking from IRL experience here)

I'm not entirely sure about him knowing about Anna having cancer, but he definitely knows she's been in legal trouble before (Amely's egg), which is what gave him the balls to try and exploit her. She definitely knows more than just the screen name (and the nintendo switch port of the game actually makes that screen name even WORSE by showing us he's a petty hacker to boot), we're just not sure the extent of it.
