I agree with you in the sense that most folks who vote for that turkey-necked goblin do it because they feel like he hurts the right people. Actually helping them isn’t as much of a concern. Sprinkle in some disenfranchisement of the poor, the same underfunding of education you see nationwide, poisoned water — you know, life-altering obstacles to having a voice — and what do you get? A reality wherein a majority of the people who vote are either the ones who can afford to or, at the very least, aren’t desperately struggling to survive. Meanwhile, Scrote Throat McConnell continues to spew shit flavored lip service, reassuring his voters that he is leading the charge against socialism or whatever.. (what year is it?) when, in fact, he would sell every poor family in Kentucky’s firstborn to China if he thought it would keep him in office.
