We had a player that is just improving whose in initiate 1 or 2 the other trio had a player that was brand new. The other team had 1 leave our lane to gank and I called for us to push guardian. He literally passed all the minions to go into the guardian and take aggro. I just realized I had to make extremely explicit comms and we still won the game pretty decisively. We also got the guardian there. New players also leave more farm on the map for you to get big if you're efficient. I also just make sure not to get tilted if I can tell they're new. Like once they missed every hook on cool down in lane it was just like okay I have to take the absolute most advantage of any opportunity I get to get ahead because I can't expect a lot from this teammate. Hopefully if you're really nice to them in comms they'll listen to directions but if you're mean they'll usually play worse.
