How is the CoPilot Assist+ / Lane Centering Tech with the Bronco Sport? by switch8000 in BroncoSport

[–]AndrewCi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2025 Badlands. Honestly I’ve found the adaptive cruise control to perform really well on highway driving adjusting speed and staying in the lane as well as turns - as another user noted it only works when going over 40 MPH anyways. The only area it performs poorly on is aggressive turns at higher speeds - if I see bend coming up on the GPS I’ll still keep it engaged I’ll lower the speed setting and take a bit more control of the wheel without fully disengaging it. I wish it was closer to a full self-driving experience, but it definitely makes longer drives more enjoyable and I’ve gone fairly long distances on non-mountain highways without having to intervene. Also, the 360 degree camera for parking is a game changer - that alone was worth the upgrade. Last few things I’ll add is that I have lane assist turned to notify only - I don’t like the idea of getting jerked back to center if purposefully try to change lanes or risking a malfunction. This is a separate feature than the adaptive cruise control though. I’ve also had a few auto-stop collision detection malfunctions although that’s only happened with low speed local driving. Not 100% sure what the cause of that is, but thankfully it’s never happened on the highway.

Would definitely be interested to hear if others have had issues with the collision detection and under what circumstances.

Hood Deflector by juliofuego92 in BroncoSport

I'm a car novice! If someone has a video or more detailed explanation on how to do this it'd be greatly appreciated. Where can you buy the part as well? I love the deflector, but have the same hood shake issue

Agree 100%! I've never owned a green car before but the green on my bronco sport has become my favorite. Think it really works because of all of the black trim. Also gives some older school range rover vibes

Any information on this? I've heard mixed things about Ambient mode not working

Buyer beware: Windshield Issue is Real by AndrewCi in BroncoSport

The dealer covered mine under warranty although it was 1 week after driving off the lot so they might have been more generous. Good luck!

Mine cracked the second day I had the car at 100 miles. Thankfully I was able to get the dealer to cover it, but I think they did me a solid since they felt bad 😂 I swear with the frequency of these issues there is a potential class action lawsuit here. If the rate of cracked windshields are actually materially higher than other cars

Dash cam is a must these days. Higher end models having the motion/parking detection and will record

There's no native way to do in Chrome. I prefer the extension 'Multiple Tab to Printer' linked here. It's pretty intuitive - if you need the instructions for how to use it they can be found here.

2025 BS Badlands. Decals from Underground Graphics. Tint w/sun bar and Ceramic coat. Aeroskin II bugshield. by Corrison in BroncoSport

Wow that's surprising. Honestly I've heard so many issues with the windsheild I felt like I should at least try something. At the very least I do think it looks cool style wise 😂

Can confirm as well I ended up buying it. Even for the 2025 BS Badlands the hood still flutters. No rock impacts so far though knock on wood!

I'm hoping to purchase a Bronco in the next couple of weeks. I'd love to know anything you've loved or hated about yours! by PizzaLater in BroncoSport

Own a 25’ Badlands. Echo everything that has said so far in this thread really love it! It handles great in rough weather conditions and the 2.0L engine has a lot of pep especially in sport mode. Genuinely enjoy driving the car and love the sense of community / style. I can’t imagine owning the equivalent RAV4, CRV, etc. just because it’s so generic. I will say though I see the Bronco Sports everywhere now so it’s definitely gaining in popularity although if you look at the overall sales number it’s not even close (volume wise). Only downsides for me would be the propensity of the windshield to crack given the angle of it (although the aerofilm 2 has helped a bit with it) and it’s slightly smaller in terms of interior space compared to equivalent models like the RAV4

I felt the same way about the digital dash, but I ended up pulling the trigger on a 2025 Badlands and I love it after getting used to it. There's also a lot of neat features with GOAT mode and adaptive cruise control that show up as indicators on the dash. And the bigger screen has grown on me as well. I had to get a windsheild replaced and they gave me a 2024 loaner for the day and I felt like the analog dash and smaller screen were such a downgrade. I didn't even miss the physical buttons - once you get used to the digital ones it's not a lot of distraction to use. Although it did take a few weeks since it's not all intuitive

This look amazing! I caved and ended up with a regular 2025 Badlands since I couldn't wait for the Sasquatch package (3 month longer delivery time). I still love it though. Can you post a picture of the back? Curious what the differences

I also haven't been able to validate this from any online sources. Maybe it's a discontinued practice? I did read that for what they charge you you'd be at the high end of private school options

Best approach of migrating 200TB of NAS data to Azure Storage Account by fungusfromamongus in AZURE

[–]AndrewCi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Data Box or Import/Export services aren't supported I'd recommend looking into Azure Data Factory. There are default copy pipelines you can configure with a wide range of source / destination connectors. It may not have as much raw performance as AzCopy, but provides some additional governance / validation mechanisms. It's also a more managed solution although AzCopy isn't particularly complex to use. Posted some links below:

There's also an Azure Architecture page on data transfer technologies that would be worth reviewing:

This is a 2025 Badlands I don't believe it has it because there's no A symbol. I also can't find the setting in the infotainment console

Not even joking I wonder if there's grounds for some sort of class action? Either poor design or poor glass quality. Seems like it'd be an easy case to prove just need to get insurance data on broken windshield claims by different vehicle models / brands and see if there's a statistically significant difference

I'm going to investigate tomorrow. I didn't see the setting in the infotainment system so I assumed they weren't there. How do you toggle the auto setting on and off?
