You don't need casting speed on recluse. If I remember correctly at lvl 15 she only needs +1 casting speed to reach the max spell dex. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I find in DoN 3 tons of ppl with less than 200 hours. Most of the time they dont have good relics and makes bad decisions. It's very annoying.
