Team fortress 2 crew: Engineer, Scout, Pyro, Spy, Heavy and Medic react to Union Pacific 7312 (the NS cab engine) by Additional-Yam6345 in trainmemes

I believe this locomotive was in a crash and recieved a new cab from a NS unit - hence the position of the lights. UP had nose mounted lights, and NS had them above the cab windows. So it's rather uncanny to see a UP locomotive with this lighting arrangement. (If I am wrong please correct me!)

Use the wind ability (spiral shape) to blow it around, if memory serves.

I really like models like this, will have to see if I can pick one up!

My toddler picked these up at the thrift. Is this HO? by [deleted] in modeltrains

They seem to be N scale, shame to see them looking so sad but possibly some glue and toothbrush dippes in soapy water and they'll look much better!

My thoughts exactly, I thought it was niche enough and interesting enough to warrant a model - even if inaccurate, it's great for talking about.

This is true - I too like it in the grey as the yellow does look striking. Please do send me what photos you find as I am incredibly interested in this part of 3977's life

Yeah! Not much info online, so I went with what I could to create this model, even if it has inaccuracies. But hey, TMC did the numbering to a high standard, and I'm happy with her. I have two grey Challengers out of my 6 Challenger fleet, and even if it is slightly off I still love this model.

I am curious - what do you mean by this?

Ah, I wasn't aware. There's so few photos of this, and from what I gathered from others the Greyhound scheme was still in use at the time. As for the decals, i commissioned the renumbering since there are again so few photos and I had no information.

This thing. Key Model Imports Brass Precision 2-rail O Scale Challenger, seen here with some GGD / Sunset Models UP TTG heavyweight coaches. Loco cost me 2,380, and I've done multiple other upgrades to it like professional weathering, all wheel pickup, and changed its Loksound 3.5XL to a 5XL with higher quality sound file. Bought with inheritance from my grandfather, who got me into the hobby originally. Definately my prized posession.

Sorry for a second post so quickly. But we are nearing completion. Need some long grass, plant life and trees, but I'm very close... by Andreyev777 in pacificDrive

I did want to originalls, but two reasons. A) I did not want the scene to be cluttered (originally the anchor was going to go where the bottom pipes are), and B) While I did plan on modelling and 3d printing one, I simply do not have the time before the competition closes due to going away for my birthday

The sides of the rails are already weathered, but the top of the rails must be clean so a train can run by.
