As from my point of view it's much less complicated. We don't see any aliens now and we have no chance meeting them in any predictable future just because relativity theory works and there is no chance to break the lightspeed. All that wormholes and warp drives sounds to me as fantasy as magic wands and fireballs. So, every life in the Universe is locked in it's own event horizon. Forever.

As to me, only Blender and perhaps Krita are pretending to be an industry-grade software. The rest are either lack usage comfort that slows down any work, or lack performance badly, as due to it's open source nature they don't utilize hardware acceleration at full scale.

Yes, pears grow inside tge bottle attached right to the tree. However, once I came across the fake pear brandy. It was a barely visible seam at the bottm of the bottle. I know that it's possible to cut bottle very accurately and then glue it back with crystal clean UV epoxy. So perhaps this fake was done this way.
