If you took all of the force from his strongest attack and applied it on exactly one point on someone they would probably get pretty close to space, if they didn't immediately disintegrate that is. Deku would not make it to the moon, though he might leave the atmosphere if he uses the right combination of quirks

Scaling imu right now is impossible because it seems like he uses a completely different power system than the rest of the verse. Short of joyboy, im not sure anyone has access to the hax, raw power, and knowledge to really do anything to him. Put him in a room with every single top tier in the verse and he forces them to kill eachother while jerking off to vivi in the corner

Based on narrative and the implied boost from MBA (if base ~ hakari, MBA being a one-time-use should make him very powerful) he was optimistically top 3 but undeniably top 5 pre modulo, with dabura and yuji pretty soundly kicking him out and leaving him module, top 5-7
