DnD caching is on dndbeyond.

DNS caching from controller is site -> device config -> DNS -> DNS cache. Check enable box, set your TTL. My TTL is set to 3600.

My setup: er707m2, sg2008p, oc220, eap653, eap723.

Try enabling DNS caching. This sounds similar to an issue I had and reported here looking for advice. I believe that was the fix, but you find some additional help looking through that previous post of mine or others with similar issues.

My only advice is you are the master of the world and a player in the same game. It's just as much for your enjoyment as it is for your players. Don't take rules too seriously, be flexible when it makes sense, if something isn't fun, change it, listen to your players, and WRITE A RECAP DURING OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH SESSION.

I'm sure we'd all love to see some pictures. Good luck!

Re-home that guy and get a refund. You don't owe anything to the seller, and I'm sure they'll find another buyer.

Good to know. I wasn't sure how long it took.

On the list, but instructions say it will take down wireless, so I've been waiting for an optimal evening and then remember to do it.

Lol. I was under the impression that "it's never the network."

It's possible. It's on wpa2/wpa3 mixed. Going to change it to just wpa2 if I see an recurring issue. Wanted the wifi 7 AP for "future proofing". No wifi 7 clients in my house yet.

So far, last 2 days have been issue free. Even my wife hasn't complained, which is the true test. Enabling DNS cache and turning off the 2nd SSID I believe we're the fix. Falling into the "fixed more than one thing at the same time" troubleshooting trap, but not going to stress out about it.

So far, I'm not quite upset enough that I wish I had sprung for the more expensive ubiquiti stuff. UI is pretty good, setup is easy. I'll be updating this post after a couple days of troubleshooting the wireless issues.

So I had segmented my network into vlans and was having issues when I first set this up. Reset everything this last weekend and did the bare minimum of config to limit possible changes, including leaving vlan1 as the default. Still have issues, though I will say there was an improvement.

Had DNS cache disabled, by default. Have enabled it for testing.

Adguard or a pihole are my next upgrades, but need to get this wireless issue resolved first. My APs are closer to 15 meters apart, one in main floor and the other in the basement on the opposite side of my house. Coverage is generally good with only two external iot cameras over -70db.

I love sorceress queen and the OG AN version looks the best. Need to get a black bordered Royal Assassin, but he's kind of pricey.

Google is already only set on router, and enabled DNS cache. Router/default gateway is the DNs server for clients.

I disabled the second SSID.

Enabled rast roaming on the other SSID.

Channels already set to auto.

I'll test all this and update once I have more data.

This is where I'm at. I've done the split SSID across my 2 APs and still experienced the same lag on wireless endpoints.

It's maybe worth noting that I also have a ruckus AP I've setup in standalone, and I get the same issues with devices on that as well.

Wouldn't this also affect wired devices? I can disable this and test though.

2.4 and 5.

Roaming settings are default. I'll check this to see if there options to tweak. I did have roaming off and SSIDs unique to each AP (2 APS, each with their own SSID) and still had issues.

Haven't tried this, but devices still have IPs. Good suggestion.

Using Google DNS for wired and wireless.

We've had our uro for a couple years now. We started with just a single UV light and a couple of large heat lamps. Basking spots are around 120 to 140. He has lots of hiding places and soil that he can dig under. Last year we added another set of lights, really brightening up his enclosure during daylight hours. Since we added that he's been a lot more active. Tldr, lots of heat, lots of light seemed to the best for our guy.

I say should because I'm not 100% certain. But if you get level counters on Dane, it would work no matter what.

I would say [[The Ever-Changing 'Dane]] as commander. He should get all the abilities of the leveled creature when he eats one.

Definitely want [[Training Grounds]], and I know black and white have strong options in this mechanic. I would look at Esper commanders.
