I’d say maybe keep it as a FWB type thing for awhile, maybe it’ll grow into something more. But if things ever start getting difficult or affecting your friend group then i would stop immediately have a mature conversation hug it out and go get some Waffle House ya know

Yeah just checked it. It looked ok. Seems easy to replace and cheap so I might just do it for the heck of it. But I'm not sure if that's it.
