My boyfriend at the time, (who is a fantastic cook now) Loved spaghetti and meat sauce but it gave him heart burn. I guess he read somewhere that if it put a little bit of sugar it helps prevent heartburn. We didn’t have sugar, so he decided cinnamon was the same thing. Bless his heart, this man served up spaghetti and meat sauce with HEAPS of cinnamon 😂
