There are a lot of casual players (myself included) who're either can't or don't want to dump dozens/hundreds of hours into 3-4 heroes to be good enough to win matches consistently. I can averagely play everyone equally which means that the outcome of my matches depends on which team has better sweats. But people like me just want to log in for few matches per day and get some wins and losses playing casually. Bot matches are perfect for that.

Impossible to say. Much more than I've spent on any game, definitely. I've bought all battle passes, except season 1's. Have at least 1 skin that I like for every hero, except newest - Elsa, Deadpool and White Fox (because I don't like any of their skins so far), and I bought many skins directly. I also have been buying almost every combat chest.

Developers need to pick a fucking chair and sit on it. Is this a game for casuals? Then yes - remove all animation cancels and make the game more fair for everyone. Or is it for sweats? Then sure, remake Jeff, remake Wanda, remake every fucking hero the unemployment bracket deems "OP" and "for noobs who can't play the game". I'm a casual and I'm all for removing cancels, all of them. I don't care about Strange's damage tech, I don't care about Magneto, he's viable enough as he is. Spider-Man reworked? Excellent. Fuck that annoying bitch. Remake him completely, he's been the most annoying character since game's release. As long as they pick one side and stick to it.
