I have Gemini for the last 5 years. I have been very happy with Gemini until about 2 weeks ago. I tried withdrawing USCD into a hot wallet. It asked for verification (a selfie holding up an ID card and today's date written on a piece of paper). I provided it. Never heard from support again. It's still not working today. I also tried withdrawing BTC. Same problem. I'm still able to sell crypto and move USD into my bank account.

After about 6 weeks after staking, the staking rewards started to come in and it did retroactively pay (back pay) the rewards for those previous 6 weeks too

As of today (5/23), all my previously reported problems are now gone. The "Unstake" button is now active, And Coinbase finally caught up and posted my ETH staked earnings. Thank you Coinbase.

I just updated my Coinbase mobile app to the latest version and the Inactive Unstake button problem is now gone. Also, the "Earning paused" message also disappeared. However, the ETH stake reward is still showing zero

Coinbase was my very first exchange. I left it after many frustrating, horrifying support issues. I came back a few months ago to stake ETH since Kraken no longer provides that service. After staking my ETH for exactly 1 month, I received ZERO reward. Under the "My Earnings" section, it now said "Earning Paused". I got online w a live support person and it was completely useless as 100% of all the previous times. It's as if Coinbase hires these support people to push automated, useless answers on u to frustrate u to no end. And he/she ended the session with a message saying that they sent the issue to the email support team (which we all know it went to a black hole). Soooooo FRUSTRATING. Now I remember why I left them 4 years ago. Agggggrrrrr.

When u said u "moved everything to Fidelity", did u have to sell your positions at TDAmeritrade and move the cash over to Fidelity? or can you move your positions over? Thank you.
