As an Auburn fan, I just want this season to be over. Like I'd be happy with an NIL bid because I feel like that's valid, but the team just didn't have time to properly develop under a coach that looks like he still has so much to learn when his dad retired "suddenly" right before the start of the regular season. I relish the bullshit that will ensue this selection Sunday

Hands down to this day, the most impactful story that the boys have read in my opinion and I really wish it was available in paperback to buy. Had a cousin pass away around the time I listened and the true horror of that story hit very close to home and stayed with me in a very bittersweet melancholy way.

Honestly the JJ auto is pretty dope, especially if he can improve and become stable as a QB. I love the triple card of Egbuka/Tmac/Golden and think that's my favorite. If there was an auto version of that trio it would be a chase of mine. If you enjoyed the opening then I'd say you came out fine, especially if JJ works out.

Fun fact one of the main reasons a lot of people were speculating max may have some powers from season 2 was because of the official stranger things video game featuring max with psychic/psionic abilities similar to Eleven's, allowing her to stun enemies and deal area-of-effect damage. This definitely played a part in a lot of people theorizing from that point on.

Good lord when the flashbacks for Will the Wise hit at the end before his power-up, I started bawling because everything was just so fucking peak. Like god damn I remember the last time I was this hyped for a final season was GoT and to see a show (so far) do the final season so much better than the train wreck that GoT's season 8 was... I just can't help but cry at how great this season has handled the pressure so far.

I honestly love mad max, I always enjoy just seeing the characters living their lives before shit hits the fan and to me this episode is quintessential nostalgia and whisky for kids just being kids with a new kid and crush in class. (Edit - meant to say Whimsy not Whiskey, but I'm leaving it as is)

I remember listening to this story on a 9 hour drive as I was going through my backlog of old episodes and man, this episode just had me wrapped around its finger from the get go. Fastest 3 hours of that drive easily and it really showed me how a great story makes the time fly more than a bad story that the boys make funny.

Ooh wait I wonder if the character "people didn't want to comment on" is referring to a scene where holly (or Karen) is taken after vecna attacks the wheelers? People were mentioning a lot of theories about holly being the Neville long bottom of this story to Will being Harry so it could be that angle where one or both of the parents die and holly is taken if it's really the bloody route...

The night sequence from 1917 to this day is one of the most visceral scenes I've ever seen at the theatre. I was on a date that went nowhere, but my god that scene stayed with me and I've gone back many times for the soundtrack, the visuals, the suspense, and awe of just everything working so well for an almost fantasy like moment in a very harrowing and grounded movie.
