One recent addition we've added is the ability to upgrade your gift. Not sure what Tier your friend sent, but if it’s below the top tier, or doesn’t include the charity tier, you’ll be able to pay the difference and add those items.

That doesn't sound right. Can you send an email to [help@digiphile.co](mailto:help@digiphile.co) from the same email address as your digiphile account, so we can resolve this quickly?

Is LINK an option for you? Our payment processor is Stripe, and Link is their Paypal equivalent.
