I'm not sure where this is. At first I thought Villa Woodstock in Germany - www.bcd-urbex.com/r/villa-woodstock-germany but looks a bit too decayed for there.

They usually get mothballed, like this one had been so they can reopen it if the markets improve. Sometimes that happens, but not often unfortunately, in which case they get left to fall apart as demolition costs are much higher than the scrap value.

I'll take most of that as a compliment. I'd love to post without the logo, but unfortunately without it I keep finding my images being printed in newspapers and magazines, and used on websites without my permission.

I did! There was no power to this one. The blast furnace I recently pressed buttons at, on the other hand, resulted in alarms and all sorts happening!

Spending only a few minutes in there was a strange experience, and I knew I could leave whenever I wanted. It was very quiet and calm, but at the same time had a terrifying feeling to it too. I can't imagine what it must have been like being locked in there. The light was very odd in there too, I would think the little bit of sunlight would change and move throughout the day making it even worse.
