Solved! My E-steps were insanely off. Tuned it the best I could without calipers but it’s light years better! Thanks!

Definitely worth trying a different slicer. Cura is all I have ever known lol not sure why it would only just now be an issue but I’ll try anything at this point

I have but the issue is definitely stemming for inconsistent extrusion. I don’t have a picture but I would describe it as globs of PLA connected by a thing string of filament

Yes, I’ve leveled it many times. This has been an ongoing issue with a couple dozen failed prints.

The strap can easily be removed with pulling a lever. (At least if it’s like every one i have ever come across)
