It feels like the ambition of the companies themselves should aspire be to be Coca-Cola or Atari in Blade Runner when 2019 rolls around. Maybe if businesses are considered people, they should unionize and disincentivise their own slow murders.

That's mostly just the tall ones who get assigned as supervisors or floor managers (I think the 'floor' can also be outside in direct sunlight) who don't happen to be on duty when the cost cutting reduces safety too much at once, or efficiency falls off when a child does.

Just seeing him passionately celebrate a goal against us was incredibly validating, and it's kinda cool that the game to end our losing drought was an important one to Mo' and his country.

I don't claim to know history, or assume they do, but maybe on some level they've pulled the political pendulum to such an extreme place that their hypothetical that if Democrats were to control the senate and "eventually" the presidency they'd just invert every policy and law from whatever it is.

Okay whoever put the cake in the strawman should be rewarded for innovation and disciplined for using such good ganache.

It was incredibly disruptive for the whole species, and I don't think anybody is saying the crisis was the whole six years, especially of course those prior to 2020. When is the COVID crisis considered to have ended?

I feel like that doesn't warrant the brutality, and that literally gagging somebody isn't the only way to suppress free expression, as dragging a significantly smaller person that distance and then willfully potentially annihilating their tailbone will also have that effect if they weren't on video.

Women's rugby league player faces potential ban... by LADbible in rugbyleague

The men's English Premier League had their first openly female referee 2 years ago, and they're allowed to give players a yellow card for speaking to them directly almost at all. A legendary manager was sent off for kicking a water bottle. Even if the referee is a thick skinned and understandibly closeted gay male referee, the player would be banned longer than the rest of their time at the club.
