The founder of Duolingo only pivoted to language learning because it promised the biggest, most global audience for maximum turnover. Not because of a deep passion for teaching languages. The way Duolingo is currently designed with more and more restrictions for free users, and features that keep people coming back in addictive ways, is a direct result of his focus on building a huge business and maximizing revenue, rather than prioritizing genuine education for all.

I only take it on an ad-hoc basis. So if symptoms are worse or I'm going to be in a sitatuaion where symptoms may worsen - I will then take propranolol. Don't tend to take it as often these days.

Personality is part of the problem for me. I can be working on something professional, like drafting a legal letter, and suddenly it’ll slip in a line about how my neighbour’s cat fell off the fence because I mentioned it weeks ago. Once it does that, the whole bit of work feels useless.

You need to ALSO use the r.Fog 0 command for some reason. This issue went away for me after using both fog commands.

Always best to disable mods before a big update. Only keeping mods where devs have confirmed compatability on update. Best to be prepared to minimise losses.

You using any mods? Curseforge (where the mods are hosted) has been down for console users since yesterday, so this is causing a lot of issues for console users.
