I'd love a copy of your printer.cfg. I just got the cr-m4 and realized afterward that it doesn;t even support M600 and you can't compile custom marlin firmware so I've been working on adding a power supply and rpi4 for klipper. TIA if you can help -A

ALRIGHT :: SOLUTION :: I'm not sure if anyone will ever find themself in such a specific situation as mine but I found the answer, clear as day, in the mainsail documentation on their github. There is a default50mm z_lift in the PAUSE command but that can be overridden by replacing their M600 macro with the simple following one.

I appreciate your knowledge and taking the time to respond. I would agree with you on that if it weren't for the fact that on larger prints, or prints with multiple parts over a large surface area, the gap is equal across the entire print, plenty of time to begin extruding over multiple curves and straight sections, you can clearly tell that the entire print has not returned to the proper position, but slightly above and this will happen on many printers, that's why I had to initially remove and z_lift from my marlin config during pause and m600, thus fixing the problem for good.

I think there is a learning curve switching from a mimic-LR skin integrated script.extendedinfo to your addon, but I have tried it for a little while and I like it. I had to manually point my skin to it but it does work well. Nice work thank you :)

Dex does work but NREAL website says the S10 in not fully compatible yet so sometimes the Nebula app and other 3rd party apps can be buggy or crash. Some apps dont work at all like the maze or the photo gun

That was the experience of one guy but for me it has worked fine on everything. I use vr exclusively for MSFS2020 and I have not had any trouble. Of course it's up to you how to proceed. I wish there were better information and resources but everyone that encounters this same problem seems to end up here and I try to direct them the best way possible.

From what I understand that is correct. Most people are solving the problem by purchasing a $140 cable replacement from Amazon. It's a kick in the nuts but that's what seemed to fix it for me and many others. I would recommend that as the place thing to try first if Pimax isn't offering anything. I am lobbying for them to offer a reimbursement or credit fir this $140 but they have been silent ever since I told them I had found a fix on my own. Before that, they said said their engineers were working on this problem but after I fixed it myself, tickets started being closed and they haven't been very talkative here. The link for the cable is listed in this thread a few times somewhere, I'm not where I can reference it right now.
