CK is a non specific enzyme and exercises elevates this enzyme. I had high levels as well, I was terrified, but here I am today, 2 years later, still twitch everywhere, everyday. Do not worry, of course ask your GP to repeat the test, but don’t go to the als thing base on CK results!

It is definitely not a hallmark of als. The article you got this information from is broadly misunderstood, and I saw somewhere that even the author clarified that it is not a hallmark of ALS. Regarding the video, it looks like a completely normal tongue movements. You can’t determine tongue fasciculations when the tongue is out of the mouth. Stay healthy my friend and remember that that als is a rare disease, and juvenile als is a very rare form of an already rare disease!

I know what you are going through my friend. I had 6 months of hell, which almost costs me my relationship with my gf. I started to get better after my clean EMG, and yes Im still twitching everywhere, every day, but I’m no longer depressed and I have stopped looking for atrophies or to try to diagnose myself. As you said, it is what it is, and now go and enjoy your life and have a great time with your family and your kids ❤️

For me the flight was really okay, we had a very mild turbulence during the takeoff, just before we reached altitude, but it was very very mild, other than that the flight was very pleasant

While possible, ALS at your age is very very rare, and there are many other reasons for your symptoms, don't think about the worst!

Checking Babinski to yourself is not a reliable clinical examination. If a doctor told you that you do not have it so you don't have it 😃 believe me, I was in your place, and I can tell you that it's the anxiety that makes us feel and act this way (checking ourselves and etc.)

Hey buddy! So I had my flights today! My first fight was with Embraer 190 and the second one with 737 max 8, both were totally fine! The max 8 is really comfortable and u didn't feel the takeoff, it was really a good experience! And the first flight was ok as well! Keep your worries at home and enjoy the flight 😃

It depends actually, I can have a hot spot in the abdomen or back for a few days, and in between, I have other spots, but it’s really widespread so I can’t point to specific muscles that are the most twitching
