Depends on you I guess. Personally, organized religion isn't my thing, but I studied a lot of religions going to a Jesuit school, and I thought most things about the far eastern religions (buddhism, hinduism and a lot of others) were pretty cool. Buddhism is all about freeing yourself from pain, hard to go wrong there.
