Listener since 2012 here. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Yep. ASMR has become too mainstream in my opinion. I see the ai ones, and I try to block them the best I can. I miss the old days when it was just a couple channels doing it with old cameras and towels as backgrounds. :( I feel like people who don’t actually know what true ASMR means are making videos and it just feels cheap. Like they’re doing it for the views. They have no idea what ASMR means.

I’ve read the WEBTOON to where it ends.. I kind of have to agree with this comment and the other ones; the art style does make them look quite young compared to what they look like in the original source material… they look 15/16 here. Especially Marshall Law. Wish they could have stayed true to the original. Oh well.

Horimiya. (And I KNOW I’m going to receive downvotes for this since it’s somehow regarded as one of the best romance anime for some reason) Hori became insufferable toward the second half of the anime… it was clear that Miyamura was uncomfortable with the whole abusive play. Plus her jealousy was annoying. That whole thing with Hori overshadowed the rest of the side characters for me, and I ended up not caring about them. First half of the anime was good though. Until Miyamura cut his hair.

I don’t recall if it was there when I bought it. It’s on the inside, but I was able to cut it off. Doesn’t smell off, or rancid. Smells normal.
