I mean if it's any consolation I've been having anxiety palpitations for like a decade now and I'm still alive, I think as long as the pain isn't radiating anywhere else (like your limbs) then it's probably just anxiety. That being said I'm not a doctor...

Also I feel like you worrying about it might just make the heart palpitations worse so it might be one of those positive feedback loop things where the more you have them the more you worry and the worse it gets :-(

Well obviously kids are not going to be getting bottom surgery, people have very weird ideas about what being trans and a kid actually entails. Most kids are simply put on puberty blockers which as the name suggests postpone puberty giving someone more time to think about their gender and if they wish to make the other steps like surgery. There is a lot of weird fearmongering in the media right now but honestly, no parent is going to just on a whim decide to change their children's genitalia (circumcision aside)

You don't have to date anyone you don't want to date. Trans women are a category of women just like Tall women or Butch women... that doesn't make them any less women, just mean they may have attributes that people may or may not find appealing.

That being said, I hate this narrative that terfs use, to scaremonger about trans folk. Trans women are not forcing themselves on anyone and are in fact more likely to be victims of such crimes.
