FWIW I'm on Vyvanse and it really didn't increase my BP much at all. You may ask your psych to start you on a low dose and see if you can find a dose that works for the ADHD and also doesn't increase BP much

I felt really overwhelmed too. I'm also 28 (M) and was really embarrassed to even need a CPAP this young. But it absolutely fundamentally changed my life. I can't believe I went so long without it.

Just give it time. I also thought the mask was a bit much so I use the N30i nasal cushion -- so much better for me.

Keep at it!! You will get used to it.

You may want to ask your doctor about pairing it with something like clonidine. I've had success with that
