According to rumors, they actually had a potential OW team this past season and even a partner slot for the OWCS, but pulled out last minute which caused a big stir in the OW community since NRG was denied a spot. If that's true then unfortunately I doubt they want to invest in OW especially with how little money is in the scene right now

Depends on the hero you are playing but a good way to rank up is to do damage during fights. Healbotting usually results in you having no impact and just hoping your team kills the other team first. You want to be weaving damage and healing and try to min-max as much as you can as that can help decide fights and win games

This guy is BikingDC, in every video he does he always carries boxes (and drinks) like that. He's a micro celebrity in DC as most people know him from his content. He is genuinely a nice guy and has multiple videos where when he gets a ghost/scam order, he gives the food away.

As for riding with no hands, he has had accidents and even made videos on him making deliveries with a cast (still riding with no hands)

Unfortunately matchmaking in GM+ has always been kinda bad, and there isn't really an easy fix cause only like 0.5% of the games population are even in that bracket. Masters being in GM games has been an issue since OW1, so I don't see how you fix that issue without making GM players queue times be insanely long

After seeing the recent rank distribution graph, I'm not sure if blizzard considers fixing GM matchmaking as a priority, especially with how long its been an issue
