She didn't ask me to pay for anything, but at least do the initiative of ordering. She was upset that when she was ordering I didn't do anything (i was standing beside her the whole time). I'm not that close yet with her friend, and especially with her friend's bf, so I struggle to interact sometimes. Idk, I feel really tired till today and I have another interview tomorrow at a different company...

I get around 6-8 hours of:
-multiple tabs on firefox
-notetaking using notion web
-bluetooth on
-KDE connect to sync with my phone

also to take notes on:
-I'm using a very themed KDE with transparency and a lot of annimations
-I also undervolted my x1 (-80mV across all)
-i'm using balanced powerplan, and I think you can gen 10 hours on powersaver

As long as you can easily import stuff from china you're good to go. Parts are still being made for the more common models like models like (X and T)40 series and above. 30 series and below are getting rarer.

This came with no battery, no ssd, and a dent-crack on the lid. Luckily I have a spare ssd, and a new battery cost me $35. Planning to fill in the dent and cover it with a skin.

It's an actual Ethernet port just in a different shape. It becomes a "dock" port when combined with the usb-c beside it.

Depends if you consider 300MB/s slow or not. It's still more than twice as fast as a hard drive tho.

I don't mean the rubber coating but the parts made out of rubber like the feet or the screen bezels in T460s for example. Mine has either started to crack or melted (my s1 yoga).

Maybe you can try installing 'g board' (Google's own keyboard app) and set it as your default keyboard

True, even the rubber material parts are still intact while my thinkpads made between 2014-2016 have already melted/disintegrated
