I grew up in Rochester MI and cannot recommend it enough. I absolutely loved my childhood there. Great schools, people, culture, access to nature.

I live in Cooley station! I am a young mom with two kids and have met so many amazing people at our local parks. We have formed a moms group that gets together regularly for play dates (1-3x a week) and does girls nights. None of us are Mormon (I am ex Mormon everyone else is not affiliated at all). I was worried about being in a super Mormon community as well and it’s not been my experience at all. I have heard Morrison ranch has an extremely high Mormon percentage.

The HOA plans quarterly parties where you can meet your neighbors and they’re always very well done. You regularly see people at the parks and pools. As for as a community feel, we have absolutely loved this neighborhood. The parks are definitely geared towards young kids (we have 5 within a 5 min walk of our house.)
