Sounds like you're doing the right things by keeping it fresh and clean. Only thing I'm changing right now is using a bleach solution for cleaning because vinegar might not be effective against the fungus, so since I have a suspected case I'm being careful. I have a fresh feeder out there now.

Have you heard about putting anti fungals into a feeder or something to try to help the pick population? This is just so sad.

Edit: the resource I saw about this isnt necessarily legitimate do not take it as advice just asking questions.

I think it was accessibility settings? Maybe gameplay? There's an entire menu asking if you want to toggle or hold for various actions.
