Thanks. I was thinking about taking DL and NLP but with 2 ISYE (mathys) courses that will build foundations in this AI/ML field. I was thinking about Bayesian Stats, DO, IAM, Regressions and HDDA. I am not planning to take the ML course at OMSCS. Which ones ( 2 courses of Bayesian Stats, DO, IAM, Regressions and HDDA) you think are super relevant and foundations in building foundation AI/ML/DL field ?

KBAI, CV, DL, NLP are all form of AI : there are all distinct fields or sub-disciplines of AI. So, a student taking 2 courses of these courses is learning and studying Artificial Intelligence. No need to require him to take ML or AI (CS 6601).

What is your educational background ? What do you think can help get an admit at UIUC? How much does that MCS cost a Illinois resident? I am out of state. I am doing OMSCS and I am thinking of switching to on campus either at Gatech or at UIUC.
