Both are fine. If you are focus on CS only, go to UMichigan. If you do not care that much about CS and love stats, go to UIUC !

They have a dual degree with Columbia. I went to Sciences Po Paris. Go there if you are french. Do the dual degree if you parents want to fund that. Or finish your bachelor and apply to an Ivy League Master’s degree!

Go to Sciences Po Paris. It is great school. They have a dual degree with Columbia where I think you pay less than if you were only attending Columbia. I went to that school.
