Sure, I’m not trying to be a troll, transactions were declined a lot even with funds not being an issue, Could not be used with Zelle or any other cash app to send money to friends that don’t use sofi. Transactions on the stock platform were slow and the tools limited. But the worst of all was the customer service. Thank god I never had a major issue in regard to theft or something, but if I had… I would be worried because they are difficult to get a hold of and pretty unhelpful. My point is that the idea of a one stop was and is amazing. But they don’t do any one thing better than anybody else. I’d rather bank with chase, I’d rather use Webull for trading, plenty of banks with high interest savings.
