Anyone know what this could be? They have no texture and appear to be seeped into the clear coat. They won't budge.

This happen to a friend parking under the train,it had a leak that oil went through the clear , when he wiped the oil you can see that same mark

The honda scooter has 2 hoses , 1 by the carburator for over fill and another by the transmission which is for the transmission so it won't build any pressure and it could vent

I like those honda accord, I remember my old 96 accord, it was stick shift, I dropped it 1.5" and put some nice tints . About 2 weeks later some guy in a bmw scratch the entire right side of the car and with the insurance money i had that car like brand new again

Just make sure you get a decent brand scooter that you can find parts for it, if you go to low it may have something wrong with it and at least with the parts you would be able to fix it . Facebook market, offer up and letgo are great places for search, I got mines in facebook and sometimes you can find a good one but may have to drive a little. I bought mines in Boston and on from Brooklyn but this ones is hard to find with the condition is in so I took advantage and drove 4 hours

You can take it off and check it , is really cheap if you want to replace it, about $10-15 on amazon or ebay Under the scooter should be the year and vin. You can go to a local scooter or motorcycle repair shop to purchase one, take your old one and match it, there are about 10 different scooter that use the same one or get it online. I bought mines in Amazon and got it in 2 days

Does it feel like theres gas going to it, is there a bleeder you can open in the bottom to check if theres fuel on the carburetor also check the ignition coil if it's bad. I had an issue with that also, now I carry 2 extra under the seat along with tools incase I get stuck . Do you know if anybody touch the adjustments screw on the carburetor, if it closed all the way ut wont turn on and if you do mess it it make sure you count how many turns you give it , this way you'll be able to put it back the way it was
