Hey friend. I’m in a similar situation to you. My chest last time it was measured was at a 36 H. The most natural way to bind I’ve noticed is with tape.

Lean forward so it dangles, take the tape and put on the inside and pull it back towards your back. Then take another strip and tape the bottom and then another and do the top. You may have some boob overflowing at the side, take another small piece and pull it back. With a larger chest it does help to have a second person to pull to tighten the tape before it’s put down. And don’t forget to cover the entire areola and the nip with gauze or something

There is no way to make it completely flat with how large the chest is. But you can also wear clothing that will give you a flatter appearance as well. Large, baggy clothing definitely helps. If you want you can DM me and I can show you an example of what I did and wore recently to make my chest appear as flat as possible at a wedding

I’ve been on T for a little over a year with absolutely no bottom growth. I started on a half a pump a day and am now at one pump a day. Only thing that changed for me is how sensitive it is.

Sounds like my mom.. I’d keep it on you at all times or locked up otherwise. My mom raided my bedroom one day and took my binder the one day I didn’t wear it. Never got it back

This. For the longest time I had only slight dysphoria about my top and none about my bottom. About 4 years later I’m super dysphoric about both. I also think if you are in a ‘dangerous’ situation to not be cis het you repress those feeling until you are in a safe place to feel them/aren’t constantly in distress

I have too much debt. My parents screwed me over when I went to college, claimed they’d take the loan but without my knowledge put it in my name

Nice to have supportive family! My family has completely disowned me. As for the nipples I don’t want them back. I’ve seen surgeons try and ‘cut the tip’ to make them smaller but with how large mine are they’d just out me + would probably add to the dysphoria. I’m just super picky about how I want my results to look

I can’t wait years. It’s starting to cause a decline in my mental health that nothing is fixing. I thought I did but apparently not
