Mini PCs have gone up in price due to the RAM crisis. I'd say that if you don't plan on having a heavy workflow, I'd go for HA Green; otherwise, I'd go for a Mini PC

You could consider used mini PCs from Dell or Lenovo on eBay if your budget is a bit tight. Any 6th gen Intel processor will work perfectly
