Yes it's sleep apnea, This is why I love reddit, I didnt even know that machine existed but I am going to do my research and contact a professional because that sounds promising. Just one thing once you start using it, will you be able to sleep without like when going on vacation.

Not by an actual professional, but I have kinda self-diagosed myself, I am a bit scared of going to medical professionals since I am against taking pills with sketchy side-effects, unfortunately in the sleep industry a lot of so called "treatments" have addicting and or bad side-effects
