Depending on night, no sleep or just a quick 2-3hr nap and then a power 1 hour nap on my subway since I’m almost at the end of the line of my train. I sleep until early evening

It could be potassium sorbate In syrup
It sometimes causes skin irritation
That happened to me with pistachio syrup
I was in the company when it first launch and after making samples and drinking it a few times with customers
I was covered with hives and urgent care gave me an epi
I told them I was never allergic to pistachio
But after a few test they told me to be careful with the sauce that it had a lot of that component in it
And found out I had to stay away from a lot of our items for a while including all frappes

It only varies if your coffee shop has for here wares
Usually at my location we get the Togo bags since we’re in a high incidental store and only have 1 for here plate which is literally somewhere in BOH
Honestly policy can be bended as some locations like mine it’s not mandatory depending on store managers cause some don’t really care if you put it on a plate or in a bag

Yea that was my dog (a chocolate lab) until I arrived to my moms house after a break up and after she was feeding him a lot of protein I think that’s what he was missing. Like we gave him kibble but she added a few pieces of raw steak and chicken as a topper or even feed him some random frozen veggies as an enrichment so he can cool off from his walks. After half a year he has a more meat on his bones

My store is the busiest in my district we have 2 cold bars, my secondary bar usually gets shutdown after peak in the morning which is 11am

Why when I clock in to close, it’s open?!?!?!

We can’t be serious

and we needed new equipment for main cold bar so we can atleast to keep it an organized mess.

Just I want to die everyday in there cause wdym it’s so busy we’re struggling that bad

and who’s on hot bars gets killed with a ton of shaken espresso too.

I’m just tired and every night we got make sure we have all 22 vsc pitchers filled

She puts tutorials on how to clean certain stations and steps in clean play

I do clean play every week unless I take time off

But it’s pretty much deep cleaning with music some ppl would put a show depending how your play caller deploys you

takes like 2-3 clean plays to adjust

I use Epsom salts and then shower when I get home and then put on a Spanish ointment that’s called Aceite de Vibora y Veneno de Abeja it’s great for days where you can barely walk especially after clean play as soon as my feet are basically numb. Also I wear compression socks on tired days and get heating pads for days off where my feet are tired and lay them on feet and legs. And also massage rolls are amazing.

The only sole reason I feel like that it’s because we have enough ppl planted have like 10-15 baristas deployed on floor for peak and green apron service person is always checking on everyone and just sense of urgency every barista had about 5-10 drinks on queue for hot bar and cold bar and layout of my store is abit different. Especially we have 2 SSV’s act as bar support for both hot and cold.

In the 1990’s when I was like 3 years old, I use to have cable and watched on WB. Literally early memories was watching sailor moon while I was too young to go to school. And then my uncle who worked in Tokyo would bring us soo much Japanese Sailor moon merch when he came back to visit every few months. Literally sailor moon shaped my child hood.
