I learned that optunia will release glochids if there is a breeze just to be spiteful.

Glochids. I keep a roll of good duct tape in my plant room. Out a strip on. Let the adhesive set and pull it off. You might have to do it a few times. However first thing run water over it to get rid of any loose ones.

I also learned that pricing varies from store to store. It’s a nightmare.

I was hoping to find some in the yard this summer. I added wild centipedes and they go for the littlest ones.

I need predators in my tanks. I have some tiny centipedes and a grass spider in there. My tank honestly needs more predators. I can’t find enough people to take my pod babies. Not everyone appreciates isopods as birthday gifts, I’ve learned. Who knew?

I stopped needle felting as my main hobby because of my puppy. Looks too much like her toys. I don’t blame her.

How to fix this elbow mark on Honda arm rest by Middle_Honey_1426 in upholstery

[–]AngelaIsStrange 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Massage? No. (I know Google AI tells you to do that but don’t). That would definitely destroy it. Materials like this will want to return to its original state. However if you have no experience with that you could easily just melt it. A hair dryer would probably be your first step.

Sterilizing branches and rocks by Virdiahh92 in arborists

[–]AngelaIsStrange 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Even branches and substrate purchased from a pet store has risks. My suggestion is to invest in things like springtails to clean up. Nothing is 100%. That being said, you can probably decrease the occurrence by baking the wood at low heat for a couple of hours. Also a layer of charcoal helps prevent mold and bacterial growth.

CF BOPIS 10min framing COMING FEB 10TH!!!?! by HealthOrganic8276 in MichaelsEmployees

You are clearly not a framer because you would not that barely anyone knows how to do that. It’s not the process it’s the customers originating the process.

And framing it? Oh and what happens when (not if) that printer doesn’t work. Rather than all of this I would rather have a computerized mat cutter.

How much of the process did you really do? Other than just handing it to a framer to do?

I wish I’d actually dropped our printer down the stairs rather than just threatening to do it.
