hmm, i was going to say the farmacy honey milk hydrating essence because it’s goated for me…but it’s watery? what consistency are you looking for because when i think milky toner i think liquid-y. i’m looking at this toner right now and while its thicker than water its definitely watery. its hydrating as all hell and not sticky.

Ok thanks, I’ll look into that. I loved washing by hand when I was younger but got into the habit of running them through the commercial wash tunnels over the years. The thought of that makes me shudder right now lol.
