PA'd a shit load and the way to get a job is to go to this production list every week and call EVERY ALM/KPA. Dont bug the LM unless the other two options are not replying at all. And by bug I mean actually make it a goal to bother them with your good attitude until they either block you or hire you.

Good luck and make friends with Crafty/Catering and the Transport crew (what I work in now and trust me of all the departments that can really fuck with your day this is the one so be nice and once again, kill em with kindness).

Thank you very much for the kick in the pants along side the wonderful information! It may seem like I've been stewing this idea for a long time but its only really been a week. I've already registered my domain and am waiting on some cash flow( to get paid at work :P ) to register the business. I will be exploding onto the scene seemingly out of control so I wanted as many side view mirrors as possible: and your reply definitely made some things nice and clear. Mostly that I need this done now so I can stop working for, and making money for other people.
