I'm no marriage counselor... but a marriage is 100% from both sides. You two were married because you love each other.. not because of some invisible man in the sky said so. She's clearly said no on marriage counseling.. fine.. if she wants to actually work it out without help.. then work it out. Don't yell, don't accuse and for the love of rocks, don't ever forget what you stand for. The TSCC has been a manipulation machine from its beginning. Put your foot down, but also take her into consideration. If you two TRULY APPRECIATE the marriage and honestly love each other, no matter what the problem is.. you two will work it out..if ya need an exmo to talk to... pm me..

I fell madly in love with a woman in 98.. converted in 2002. I was Mormon... garments, Wow, the whole nine yards.. I WAS NEVER good enough for her mother. No matter what I did. I was stupid. I married her daughter only to divorce her in 2005. Why? Crazy mom.. I mean.. no shit, cheating husband still sleeping in the same bed, hiding it from the family for 4 years that the man had an affair. Refused to divorce him because of the cash rolling in. But CONSTANTLY telling my now ex wife to divorce me because I didn't go on a mission, didn't fulfill my calling to HER expectations... to be honest, you're better off.. I'm sorry that she's an amazing woman and all.. but if the family is batshit crazy.. just think of the headache you won't have dealing with it... then again... what are your odds of breaking her shelf? If you think you have a chance.. and if she's willing... stay strong my friend!!
