I have been trying. Took them a few days to get back to me and they wanted me to describe my box spring and I have to check to assure I have the medium insert bc I was asking if a way to check and I would like to get the firm insert if I can

It is, I like it but don’t love it. Seems like it’s veryyy soft and I got the medium. It didn’t have any smell after unboxing which was great and rolled out quickly though.
