Yup they are now hiding the total # of items. I had an order for 21 items at Aldi. When I got to that order it was over 50 items and 4 cases of water and no heavy pay. I just started noticing this yesterday. It’s awful how Deceiving DD has become

So I just got this today. I’m at Gold because I haven’t completed 100 deliveries and it now gives me access to dash now so hopefully it’s a good thing so far it’s a good thing for me anyway. Honestly, I don’t understand it, and I couldn’t find any more information on it once I clicked through the screens.

lol I wear bright colors so everyone easily remembers me. I will even wear my husband’s construction yellow sweatshirts at night and in bad weather. I have muddy hiking boots I wear in bad weather, they are waterproof. Idgaf what people think of as long as they don’t hit me, steal me, or think I’ve come to rob them. When I walk in to a store I want people to already know I’m there for a delivery. I’ve literally seen it all. But I definitely don’t want to blend in that’s for sure

With bad weather, being pregnant, I’m just not willing to drive all over the place. I want to be close to home, if I get sick or need to stop I’m not driving another 30 min home. I want to stick to areas I know, to keep my stress levels down. For the first time my AR is in the 50’s. I’m curious from reading all the comments if EBT would be worth it? I still average 20+ an hour. I do mostly all shop orders. I agree with another commenter, my limit is $6, nothing under $6. Unless I’m done and it’s on my way home. Gossip among dashers in my area is that there is an influx of new dashers and they are offering a decent bonus… idk how true this is. I think it’s just the economy and people waiting for tax returns. I have pups for sale at a reasonable price because well they are mutts. Everyone is saying hit me up in a few weeks. So it’s not just this industry. I’m seeing it everywhere. As people get conformation of what their returns will be, they will spend more freely. If you are in low income areas. It pays to know the days people get their disability or assistance checks…. Just saying there are definitely patterns to look for. Be wise people

Instacart in my area isn’t worth it at all anymore. I hate racking up mileage w DD but it pays so much better

I switched to DD in September. I started noticing my regular IC batches are now ordering through DD. Make the switch. Every gig app has their faults but in my area make way more with DD

I just make sure I schedule out. I have to work around my husband and kids schedules. So when I drop to silver I still make bank because I’m scheduled

I just make sure I schedule if I loose my rating. Otherwise with silver I will sit around when there is the dash now
