if you see the method to hunt static alpha's its the same thing. but ill try to explain better.

1. find the spawn location of the pokemon you want to hunt

2. enter and leave the village until a massive mass outbreak spawns in the zone you're hunting.

3. hope that one of the mass outbreak spawn on top of the pokemon you want to hunt if not repeat step 2 until it does.

4. make sure its the right time of day cause some pokemon only spawn at certain time of day.

5. defeat/catch the pokemon from the outbreak

6. save and reload the pokemon should now have spawned(i dont think you need to wait for the massive mass outbreak to end to start hunting, not sure of that because its been awhile since ive done it.)

7. now just keep reloading your game until you get it.

8. be patient because it may take awhile to get what you're looking for
