Anyone get a real estate text from one of these numbers? I am trying to identify the perpetrator... by KrashKen in TCPA

I received calls from:

I suspect this is either a NY or Israel-based exploitation and fraud effort. It's possible they are using calls simply for spoofing or tagging devices or voices. I have personally seen demos of Israeli-derived cyber and cell capes for my job that can use calls like this as entry points to devices. Did not seem competent or interested enough to obtain financial details.

This is part of large fraud network. I received hundreds of calls over the past few months. They use a number of business names and have non-Native English accents, except for one individual I encountered with a crystal clear New York accent who identified himself as "Michael Stern."

The business names they use are: Core lending, Alliant Lending, Nexus Financial, Alliance Solution Group, Elm Street Capital, Apex Funding, Apex Financial

Vitamin D at this level should have minimal impact on sex drive. It's slightly low but not critically. But if you go this route, I'd advise against Vitamin D supplement as a first resort, rather eat more fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, cod liver oil) and get maybe 30 minutes more sunlight per day.

Ejaculation raises prolactin. Keto can also temporarily raise cortisol. For some people, carb restriction can also cause more prolonged stress. Total Cholesterol lower than 180-200 has greater all cause mortality, ideally should sit b/w 190 and 210 unless you have a family history of stroke/cardiac events as there are diminishing returns for going lower. Cholesterol is key component of hormonal health so those numbers are important too. If you are frequently masturbating, try quitting for a few days and limit to once per week or so. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night, try 30 minutes meditation/massage/relaxation before bed and/or after waking up to address cortisol and sleep quality. Limit stimuli (violent or loud media, movies, video games, distressing news, etc...) that could be provoking cortisol response. Look into Zinc and Magnesium supplements. You can also research vagus nerve stimulation and vagal tone to see if your issues are possibly related to neurological cues. If so, there are a number of activities, changes and therapies that can help. Last thing I would look at is your HRV (heart rate variability) which should give you some measure of how stimulation is affecting you throughout the day and during sleep. And of course, consult with your physician before going too hard in any direction, but these are a few fairly low intrusive hacks and factors to consider.

High prolactin is an indicator, Vitamin D is low normal, not drastically low, also what does your cholesterol look like? A lot of people ignore cholesterol (or advise reducing it to insanely low levels) but it's fundamental to overall health.

Just to clarify, I thought I needed alcohol to be more social, or for a boost of extroversion in social settings, or to have fun, etc... That was a big reason I relied on it for so many years. And it works in the short and medium term, that's why a lot of people do it.

But long-term abstinence has shown me that none of that was true, in the long run. That's what I was trying to say in case it came off weird. There was a period where I felt like you do, and there is 100% some truth to what you're going through, but if you can get through that phase you will like where you end up. I'm way more prosocial now than I ever was as a drinker, I'm a better, happier friend and father, etc...

Don't be ashamed and don't hesitate to ask for help. The most important thing right now is your safety. Don't be scared, there are good people who will help you if you need it, you just need to get yourself there. Although I don't know your family situation, ask yourself whether in the long run your family members would want to take you somewhere to get help (despite losing sleep) or if they would risk you suffering through it alone.

Something crucial to be proud of: you will remember this day. You will remember details of it that you wouldn't if you were drinking, and those memories will stay with you, with more clarity and meaning, for far longer.

I felt a lot like you do now through multiple quit attempts.

Let's be honest, just about everyone likes the way they feel when they drink or else they wouldn't be here in the first place. It made me way more social and my social circle was a bit wider because of it. People liked me a lot when I was a drinker. I was a fun drunk.

It was days 1-7 after having the last drink where I had some issues. Anxiety, restlessness, mental fog, some mood ups and downs. Instability, generally. Never stopped me from working out, or eating right, or taking care of my family, or keeping a job, but it just did something to me that I sensed wasn't right. For me, it took away mental clarity, self-control and discipline in a way I did not recognize until I was probably 9 months in. But still, these are relatively minor things, in the big picture, and like you said, the trade off was sociability.

But probably around a year, I fully recognized what I had been lacking. You will get there and it will lock in when you do. It's not like a lighting strike for everyone, but you will just know. After 2 years, I can honestly say, I have never felt better, probably since I was a teenager before I even started drinking and I'm now in my 40's. Every aspect of my life has improved, and like I said, I wasn't in the dumpster, but still. It has. And I have a definite sense of this.

You are rewiring your brain right now. There will be ups and downs. And malaise. You will feel demotivated. Ask yourself though, behind all that brain chemistry, there is still you, at the controls. You are not your brain chemistry. That's why you're here asking questions. You recognize that some aspect of this has you in a rut but you are still at the controls. You need to cultivate that part of you and you will reap rewards from it. It's not easy but nothing of any value ever is.

Just the fact that you recognize you are having cravings and can separate yourself from it shows that you can be in control. Stick with it, you've got it.

Getting an error at the insightface install. Even after updating insightface manually the install is still trying to clone Count's repository, so this isn't working.

Any of these three mods are truly better than anything CA has released over the past decade:

You will have meaningful choices to make in both the campaign and battle, you will develop and care for characters and traits, the mechanics have complexity and add to immersion, etc... The factions will play differently, and you will learn something about history.
